Reach MENA rebrands as TruReach, a global Destination Growth Solutions company

New model connects travel-demand intelligence, destination advisory, media activation and arrival attribution to turn traveler demand into measurable visitation, spend and economic impact

Dubai, UAE, September 14, 2026: Reach MENA has rebranded as TruReach, marking its evolution from a MENA-founded travel-media and technology specialist into a global Destination Growth Solutions company.

The TruReach name reflects the company's expanded international role and service offering. While TruReach is expanding globally, MENA will remain at the heart of its business, client relationships, and future growth. The company's new integrated model brings together travel-demand intelligence, destination diagnostics and strategic advisory, media activation and arrival attribution. In practice, TruReach identifies demand opportunities, builds the audience models, activates the media against them through its portfolio of exclusive travel-data and media partnerships, and measures the arrivals and economic impact that follow. It is designed to help tourism ministries, tourism boards, airlines, hotels, retail and luxury brands identify where valuable demand is emerging, understand what may be preventing it from converting, and measure the resulting outcome.

"Our estimates indicate that fewer than one in ten people in the world travelled internationally last year. That makes media wastage one of the most important issues in our industry, yet we still see campaigns launched against audience segments that don't match travel reality, with no measurement framework to hold them accountable. TruPersonas, TruReach's AI-powered audience-intelligence layer, identifies and targets current, historic and future potential travelers. We move beyond platform-reported clicks and generic engagement signals to prioritize audiences demonstrating real travel intent and higher conversion potential. TruImpact connects media and marketing activity with brand metrics such as awareness, consideration and destination favorability, and with arrival and economic-contribution measurement," said Maher Ghazal, Chief Growth Officer.

“Destinations and consumers have become increasingly sophisticated, and competition has become fiercer than at any point in the past decade, with every destination bidding for the same finite pool of travelers. Travel demand is increasingly volatile, shaped by changes in consumer confidence, air connectivity, visa policy, economic conditions, and geopolitical developments. TruReach Advisory has also been launched as part of the new company; our objective is to support destinations by understanding where demand will come from, how to influence the traveler at the point the decision is made, and how to match short term campaigns with the destination's long term plans,” said John Speers, VP of Tourism Strategy at the newly formed advisory unit.

“Tourism growth can no longer be approached through isolated media or marketing decisions. The challenge is universal across destinations from the UAE to Saudi Arabia to Italy, Germany and the UK. The opportunity is to connect demand signals, market context, audience intelligence, activation and measurement into one decision-making framework. This gives destination leaders a clearer basis for where to invest, when to adapt and how to connect immediate marketing activity with their longer-term growth priorities. We are taking our offering to international markets through our London and Milan offices,” said Eyad Abdul Khalek, Executive Advisor at TruReach.

China will be a major part of TruReach’s next phase of international growth. Through its Shanghai office, the company is expanding its capabilities in one of the world’s most important outbound travel markets and developing products specifically for the Chinese international travel and media ecosystem.

Iris Guan has joined as Managing Director of TruReach China, where she will lead and accelerate the company’s China product development and strengthen TruReach’s partnerships across the Chinese media ecosystem. Guan brings more than 20 years of experience at Publicis, Omnicom and WPP in China.

Since 2010, Reach MENA has helped tourism organizations and travel brands identify high-intent audiences, activate campaigns across international markets and connect media investment with visitor arrivals. Today, the business supports more than 100 travel clients and partners and executes over 2,000 campaigns a year. Its work has delivered three million verified visitor arrivals and US$6 billion in measured economic impact. The rebrand follows the launch of the company's Shanghai and Milan operations at DMEXCO in 2025.

“When Reach MENA started, we helped clients identify and target the right audiences. Today, audience reach is the entry point, not the differentiator. Tourism leaders need to know where valuable demand is emerging, what is preventing it from converting and which investments are creating real visitation and economic value.

TruReach brings intelligence, destination advisory, activation and arrival attribution into one global model. We are taking the expertise, client relationships and partner ecosystem we built in MENA to serve destinations, hospitality groups and airlines internationally. Our goal is clear: earlier decisions, sharper investment and measurable tourism growth,” said Mazen Hallaway, CEO of TruReach.

TruReach will formally present its new positioning during Arabian Travel Market 2026, taking place at Dubai World Trade Centre from September 14 to 17. The company will use media interviews and on-stage conversations during the event to discuss the shift from campaign-level media measurement to destination-level growth decisions.

TruReach operates through offices in Dubai, Shanghai and Milan, and a representative office in London, serving clients and partners across the Middle East, Europe, China and other international markets.
